Exchanges and returns

We offer free exchanges with pickup service.

At this time, there are no returns, only exchanges.

Purchases made online are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns in our physical stores.

Exchanges for items purchased on the SONNDO website are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day the order was placed.

The requested design and size must be reported to info@sonndo.com to confirm its availability.

For exchange policies to apply, merchandise must be returned unworn, with tags in place, and accompanied by the original printed confirmation email, as well as the request for the new design and size. It is very important that the order number be included in the package for your identification once it is delivered to our offices.

Once the package is received, the items will be validated and the exchange will be sent to you within the next 2-4 business days.
